Welcome to my personal page. This website is my portfolio where you can learn more about me personally, my interests, and professional background. It also serves as a platform where I like to share interesting contextual themes that I find necessary to write about.
As a native Dutch speaker, I have lived and worked in the Netherlands. I started gaining expatriate experience by traveling through mainly Eastern Europe, such as Poland and the Czech Republic. Eventually, I decided to move to Moscow, Russia, where I lived for more than a decade. During this time, I explored the beautiful countryside of Siberia, the Altai Mountains, coastal areas, and many other landscapes of Russia. While frequently visiting Asia for both professional purposes and leisure, I eventually decided to relocate to Saigon, Vietnam, where I currently reside.
My professional background lies within the high-end hospitality and finance sectors, focusing on quality assurance and financial risk. However, the most valuable contributions to my career have come from my international business ventures, where I developed different cultural alliances and started my own businesses and projects. Moreover, I have learned that being self-sufficient is most valuable, which does not necessarily have to revolve around materialism.
With these broad and intellectually gained values, I have organically evolved into a coaching or teaching role, supporting fellow entrepreneurs, business owners, and managerial individuals. Thus, to provide expert services, I founded an advisory boutique firm where I offer services individually or to companies, working alongside our team and associates.
Coaching & Mentoring:
Personal development in life is inevitable, and mentoring is a necessity. Similarly, I have learned from my personal coaches who mentored me. As an experienced professional and business owner, I provide best-in-class firsthand mentoring, both individually on-site and remotely, with confidentiality assured. Various coaching formats are available, and I also offer training. Feel free to ask me for information, as this service is highly personalized, akin to consulting with a specialist therapist.
Business Consulting:
Similar to personal coaching, businesses often find themselves in need as well. Consulting or advisory services are available for holistic approaches or specialized needs, sometimes involving team members from my consultancy boutique. Traditionally, I provide conventional consultancy services. Additionally, I develop strategic visions, advise on both long and short-term strategies, and optimize company performance, even if it entails providing guidance for harsh turnarounds and litigation.
Board Member:
Aligned with best mentoring practices, I leverage foresight and discretion as a trusted advisor with extensive experience in various board and advisory roles. This approach serves two purposes: it is suitable for starting businesses and entrepreneurs who have access to senior expertise, and it is beneficial for investors and mature companies seeking external advisory and guidance. I offer fresh, practical, and strategic insights, accompanied by firsthand guidance, which may include support for cross-cultural practices or fundraising, facilitated by my direct access to a large established network.

Building dialogues comes naturally to me, as I am inquisitive by nature and possess ample experience.
